Highlighting the 2015 Planning Committee

It takes a small army to put on an event for over 350 brothers. We are deeply appreciative of the following brothers who have helped make this 2015 Western States session possible.

Austin Evans serves as the program’s Director, managing our various Assistant Directors. Austin also serves as chairman of the program’s board.

Dustin Beech is the Assistant Director of Registration, coordinating our attendee’s registration and lodging.

Travis Buchanan is the Assistant Director of Program, managing the session’s master schedule and room assignments. Travis is also a member of the board.

Dave Griego is the Assistant Director of Ritual, hosting and performing the session’s mock initiation.

Spencer Joseph is the Assistant Director of Supplies, handling the session’s check-in materials and the program’s supplies and capital.

Jesus Maldonado is the Assistant Director for Faculty and Curriculum, managing our seminar trainings and faculty assignments. Jesus is also a member of the board.

Donald Romero is the Assistant Director of Technology, coordinating the session’s various technological, A/V and website needs.

Jeff Ruziecki is the Assistant Director for the Alumni Experience and has filled in the role of Assistant Director of Sponsorships,
coordinating our session’s partners.

Ace Vindiola is the Assistant Director of Outreach, managing the program’s marketing and awareness efforts.

Greg Williams is the Assistant Director for Ambassadors and Archam, managing our staff of nine undergraduate Ambassadors who have volunteered to guide the session’s attendees (and we’ll hear more about them tomorrow). Greg is also a member over the board.

In addition to the Assistant Directors, Steve Schneider is the board’s treasurer and Sid Koka is the board’s secretary. We also thank Charles Moran for his assistance in getting the session’s sponsorship program started.
