Many chapters utilize their student government or university to provide travel grants to attend Western States. We encourage chapters to explore this option, and we’ll work with you to handle the processing and logistics that follow.
Beginning today, our registration system will now allow registrants to select a university-grant option for payment processing. This option will not require you to pay out-of-pocket initially, but it will register you for the School and generate an invoice on our payment-processing system. Many grant funders require this invoice, and we’ll be more than happy to provide you (or anyone else) with it to help you out.
